みんなが激怒してるのは分かるけど、ドラフト指名漏れ続きでテレビで可哀想がられてた自分を賭けてくれて、超巨額の延長契約を結んでくれたオーナーをトラウトに悪く言わせるのは無理がある。アルテは素晴らしいファームシステムを破壊し、FAにアホみたいな金を注ぎ込んでヤンキースになろうとした酷いオーナーとして記憶されるだろうが、少なくとも利益のためにケチってファンを裏切るようなオーナーよりはマシだった。
エンゼル・スタジアムのチケット価格を安く保ってくれたことには感謝しとくか。また勝てるチームに戻って、トラウトに指輪を掲げさせてやろうぜ。

I get the pitch forks are all out but getting trout to talk shit on the owner that took a chance on him as the only kid who showed up to the inaugural televised draft that people on TV were feeling bad for him for constantly getting passed on (angels even with randall grichuk for the legendary trivia) and the record contract extension. Arte will go down as a horrible owner who usurped a great farm system and tried to turn the organization into the Yankees by spending stupid amounts of money of free agents so at the very least I can say he wasn't cheap and fucking over fans for profit like some other owners still running their teams.
Thanks for keeping Angel stadium affordable I guess. Here's to getting back to winning and hopefully give Trout a ring even if it's Salmon's 02 swan song run
