His third homer was off a position player. MLB needs to set stricter rules on that because it cheapens stats. If they don’t teams are going to continue to abuse it. Pretty every game where a team is up 8 runs a position player comes in. Used to be a very rare spectacle

ヘンダーソンに次ぐ3番手だと思うが一理ある。4連戦だし、中継ぎを温存するために野手を投げさせるのは妥当な判断だ。
He's #3 starter behind Henderson IMO, but point taken. This is a huge 4 game series though, so it completely makes sense to punt the game, have Harrison grind out the 4 innings, and bring in positions players for the last couple to keep the other arms fresh (which has been a big issue lately with some long stretches of games without days off). The division aint locked up yet with 6 more games against the Cubs after this.
