I visited Japan for the first time in September and attended a Hanshin vs. Yakul

テレビで観てるだけでもさ、アジアの観客に比べたらアメリカの観客なんてまるで抗不安薬でも飲んでおとなしくしてるみたいに見えるよ。

Even just from watching on TV, Asian crowds make American crowds look like they're on Xanax.

ファンのおかげで最高に盛り上がるよね！今まで行ったどの試合とも違うよ。それに球場の食べ物や飲み物が手頃な価格なのもいい！！アメリカの球場価格に慣れてたから本当に驚いたわ。

どこかで読んだんだけど、甲子園が全面土なのは高校野球の大会期間中にこなす試合数が凄まじいかららしいよ。ピーク時は1日3から4試合もあるしね。まだ甲子園で高校野球を観たことないから、いつか絶対行かないと。

I think I’ve read somewhere that Koshien keeps it all dirt due to the sheer number of games played there during the high school baseball tournament season. They have like 3 to 4 games there a day at peak. I still haven’t seen a high school tournament game there, I gotta make it out someday

まじで最高だったな！昨年の夏に妻と甲子園でタイガースの試合観たけど、同じように空がすごく綺麗だったよ。本当に素晴らしい体験だった。
広島でカープの試合も観たけど、マツダスタジアムも超おすすめ！

Heck yeah you did! Wife and I caught a Tigers game at Kōshien last summer, and the sky was similarly beautiful. Great, great experience.
Also caught a Carp game in Hiroshima, highly recommend Zoom Zoom Stadium as well!

今月の始めに阪神対ヤクルトの今季最終戦に行ってきたよ。応援席にいたんだけど、カンカン鳴らす応援バット買ってチャントに参加するのめちゃくちゃ楽しかった。ブルージェイズの試合とは雰囲気のレベルが違うな。去年観たALCS第7戦に次いで、人生で観た野球の試合の第2位に入るよ。

I went to Hanshin vs Yakult earlier this month, final game of the season. Was in the cheering section and it was really fun to get the cheering sticks and be a part of the chants. Blue Jays games just don't compare in atmosphere, probably ranks 2nd in the list of baseball games I've ever been to after Game 7 ALCS last year.

I'm a Red Sox fan and one of the reasons I became a Tifers fan was b/c is had similar vibes.

観光客としての最初で唯一の観戦は、今年の10月に東京ドームで行われたジャイアンツ対ベイスターズのクライマックスシリーズだったな。最高の体験だった！

My first and only game as a tourist was this October for the Climax Series in the Tokyo Dome between the Giants and BayStars. Incredible experience!
