だから「いつも、いっちゃん」って言ってるんだよ。富山は彼が住んで働いている県だから、Tシャツに富山のサポーターからのたくさんのメッセージが書かれているんだ。
あと「he is excited」は間違った翻訳だね、彼はエキサイティングだ！（冗談だよ、合ってるよ）😂
He is a Japanese news anchor, Hirochika Nakakuki LOL He is promoting the TV channel and program where he is working for which is channel 1 and the name of the program is “Icchan”
so he says “Itsumo (always) Icchan (channel 1)”. Toyama is the prefecture where he lives and works so he got a lot of messages from supporters in Toyama on his T shirts.
And “he is excited” is a wrong translation, HE IS EXCITING!!! (I’m just joking, they are correct)😂
