正直、彼について何を言えばいいってんだ？何度もチームを救ってくれたのは確かだ。

I agree wholeheartedly that he's VERY good. But, if I can give one critique on him without being downvoted to hell, I think how he handles to ball sometimes is very worrying.
There's been a few times this season where I've seen him drop the ball on catches that most goalkeepers would make, and last night's own goal is a pretty decent example of what I'm talking about. If he held onto it it's not an own goal.
He excels in every other aspect to be fair, but his handling of the ball just stresses me sometimes.

Correct. It’s one area where he absolutely has not been an ‘upgrade’, a downgrade if anything. But he can and should improve.
In general though I just wish people declaring things like upgrade on this or that player etc. wait and see how things shake out by the end of the season.

ワトキンズでも去年のシーズンと全く同じ状況が起きたんだ。1月に「十分じゃない」って理由で彼を売ってくれって懇願する人がめちゃくちゃたくさんいたんだ（僕もその一人だった！）でもシーズン終わりには彼をヒーローとして称えてたんだからな。

I think the reason people jump the gun so quickly on upgrades / downgrades on player is they get tricked by form.
Currently, Manzambi and Jackson DO look like upgrades over Watkins and Rogers. Now, at the end of the season, let's say (god forbid) that neither of them can get more than just 5 g / a combined. Would we be calling them an upgrade then? Absolutely not.
A similar situation happened just last season with Watkins. I saw sooooo many people begging for him to be sold in January because he "wasn't good enough" (which I also got sucked into!) But by the end of the season we hailed him as a hero.

ジャクソンとマンザンビはすでに合計5得点・アシストをはるかに超えてるぞ。ジャクソンは絶好調だけど、マンザンビのピークはまだ見てないと思うな。

Jackson and Manzambi already have far more than 5 g/a combined. Jackson is in fantastic form but I don't think we've seen peak Manzambi yet.
Even if Jackson has a barren run I think it's very clear to see he's a far superior footballer and striker to Watkins. Manzambi vs Rogers, the jury is still out. Rogers at his peak is very good, looking forward to seeing peak Manzambi.
There's no doubt that Suzuki in 2026 is a massive upgrade on Martinez in 2026 either. Martinez 2023 might have something to say about that, but in today's game Suzuki is undisputedly the better keeper.

Should be cancelled and held in a global window. The Africa cup of nations held back their athletes in Europe as nobody wanted to lose a player to play Comoros and Mali missing the fa cup and champions league knock outs.
I see no reason why we should free him up for months so he can play on hard clay in the desert against Uzbekistan and Syria.
