ニュアンスが少し違う気がするな。俺の感覚だと「dogshit」は単純に質が低い・ひどい状態に使う。一方「horseshit」は理不尽さや不誠実さを感じるときだな。
「この審判のストライクゾーン、マジでク○だな」に対して、「リクエストが遅すぎただと？ ふざけんな！」って感じ。
で「bullshit」は無能さから苛立ちまで何にでも使える万能なやつ

I feel like there's a different nuance to them, at least in my perception. I would only use "dogshit" for "bad", while "horseshit" would convey a certain dishonesty or wilfulness.
"This ump's strike zone is utter dogshit." versus "How can the ump say that ABS challenge was too late? That's horseshit!"
And "bullshit" can be anything, from disingenuousness to incompetence to general frustration.

「Horse Shit!」って表現ずっと好きだわ。言いたいことはしっかり伝えつつ、ちょっとだけ上品で敬意がある気がする

I've always liked "Horse Shit!" as an expression. Seems like a more polite and respectful way of saying "Bullshit!" but still getting your point across.

I guess unlike in soccer where a review sometimes actually calls the on field official over to a real monitor the on field ump just puts on a headset and relays what the booth says.
