すでに試合を行ったチームの中で、本当によく見えたのはアメリカだけで、他はみんな悪そうだった。どの試合も一方のチームが明らかに優勢で、試合内容に見合う結果を出せたのはアメリカだけだった。まだ試合をしておらず、メディアからもそれほど高く評価されていないチーム（現在のモロッコやノルウェーは、ブラジルやポルトガルと同じくらいダークホースとは言えないけど）の中では、エクアドル、トルコ、日本、コートジボワールに可能性を感じるよ

From the teams that already played, the only one who looked really good was USA, everyone else looked bad. Each game had one team that looked clearly better and USA was the only able to present a result worthy of how the game played. From the teams that haven’t played yet and aren’t highly regarded by the media (Morocco and Norway today are as much dark horses as Brazil and Portugal), I see potential in Ecuador, Turkey, Japan and Cote D’Ivoire.

I am surprised so many are sleeping on Norway. They have a good team. That strike force of Haaland and Sorloth is among the best in the tournament.

まだ判断するには早すぎるけど、これまでの大会よりもフィジカルが大きな要素になると思う。チェコとボスニアはどちらも手強い相手だと証明した。コーナーキックやフリーキックでの高さは、大会を通じていくつかゴールに繋がるはずだ。開幕前、俺はスウェーデンとエクアドルがベスト8に進むと予想したから、そのままそれを維持するよ。グループステージの第1戦が終わった後に、またこのスレッドが立って、みんながどう考えているか見るのが楽しみだね

Too early to say just yet but I do think physicality is going to play a bigger part than previous iterations. Czechia and Bosnia both proved tough to handle. Height on corners and free kicks will lead to a few goals throughout the tournament. Before the tournament started I picked Sweden and Ecuador to make the QF’s so I’ll stick with them and well I’d be interested to see this question pop up again after the first round of matches and see what people are thinking.
