understand your point. I never stopped supporting Brazil. I am Brazilian and always will be. But I also have great respect for Japan. My heart was divided because I admire this team a lot. If Japan had won, I would have continued supporting them. Here in Brazil, many fans have felt disappointed with our national team in recent years, especially because they feel some players no longer show the same passion for the shirt. That is why many Brazilians also admire teams like Japan, who always play with discipline, respect and commitment.

I'm Italian, don't talk to me about players respecting the shirt, I know what you are talking about, but having said that, Japan is a great team with amazing supporters (cleaning stadiums after each game amazing, really amazing), but my wife is Brazilian and of course I support Brazil, it doesn't matter what players do or don't do, it's a matter of respect for your own country man and supporting any other country instead of yours (and I'm not talking about politics....I don't wanna open a can of worms) is not understandable and I'm very happy that Brasil won, hopefully they'll win the world cup (hard)
