I disagree, after you scored and you withdrew it looked very shaky, 4 at the back was working when the attack was still pressing high and offering an outball. The second you scored and pulled back there's was almost an inevitably about Argentina scoring. I think the manger was trying to sure up what his team was already doing. In hindsight he probably should have gone the other way but that's always the case when you lose

It might have looked that way, but, we only really started conceding so many chances when we went to 5 at the back. Yes, sitting so far back was risky in the first place, but the change of shape made it orders of magnitude worse. At least if we'd stayed with our original shape we could have responded after 1-1. Instead we completely neutered ourselves.
